Rhyming Riddles

Both Riddles have been solved by Kia.
Riddle #1: Party Balloon (Proper Names People)
Riddle #2: The Grand Exchange, Explanation with the riddle
Riddle #1: Prize 150k Paid to Kia
Hint: They come solo, and in groups of 2 or 3.
Hint: You may think you know their name, but you should probably go there and double check!
Many Colors have I,
Falling from the sky,
Twirl Round and Round,
Til I hit the ground.
Riddle #2: Prize 300k will pay Kia next time I see her online.
Hint: Just google the last line, and it should be very obvious.
Solved, Explanation: The First 2 lines refers to making/losing a little money here/there. The third line refers to the first 2 lines in that, sometimes you can "flip" or "merch" something for huge profit and sometimes you can only do so for a tiny bit of profit. The bull and the bear were supposed to be dead giveaway hints as they are a common reference for stocks, as in the Stock Market, which is of course the real life Grand Exchange.
